On 10th September, the Sri Lanka India Society, through the contributions of its members, donated medical equipments valued over one million rupees to the North Colombo Medical College Alumni Association to set up a Paediatric High Dependency Intensive Care Unit at the Infectious Diseases Hospital (IDH).
Mr. Rohan Tudawe (President), Mr. Sarravanan Neelakandan (Hony. Secretary), Mr. A.A.M. Illiyas P.C., Mr. Samuel Saju and Mr. Dubsy Kanagaratnam (Members of the Executive Committee) handed over the equipments to Dr. Kosala Karunaratne (Consultant Paediatrician) and Prof. (Mrs.) Senani Williams (Consultant Haematologist) were participated to this event.
